Please review the following prior to making an appointment for grooming services.
All of our guests are vaccinated with Rabies, Bordetella, Distemper, Parvo, Adenovirus Type - 2, Parainfluenza (DHPP) and Canine Influenza (H3N2 and H3N8 ) for Canines; FVRCP and Rabies for felines. Please make sure you have all of these up-to-date and proof prior to making an appointment.
We strongly recommend flea protection for our guests, as they are exposed to others that are walked outdoors where we have limited control of external parasites from the environment outside. We strive to maintain a "Flea-Free" environment!
What to Bring When Checking In
When checking in for grooming, we will need to see proof of vaccines, New Pet Registration Form, Camp Sunset Grooming Client Grooming Agreement, and Camp Sunset Grooming Check - in Form.

Please download, print, fill out this form and bring it with you to help expedite the check in process. Make sure to read it carefully and initial each paragraph when asked. This form is required to groom with us and will only need to be completed on your first visit.

No-Shows & Cancellations
No shows and last minute cancellations are subject to a $20 FEE PER PET which will be billed to you. Please call 24 hours before your appointment to cancel. We understand there may be emergency situations and will work with you, but not on a continued basis. Please be respectful of our time as we are a by-appointment business, and another client could have taken your appointment if we had known. Note: Clients 10 minutes late are no longer guaranteed an appointment.
